Mailing Services

This page is to let you know that we offer mailing services - everything from Birthday Cards sent to arrive on the day, to Christmas cards with personalized messages printed on the inside, to wedding Invitation assembly, mailing, and RSVP tracking!

Basically - if you have a special mailing need, we will do our best to fulfill it for you!

Special Cards:

We will keep a calendared database of your important dates - (for example, Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.) and the people that they belong to - and mail cards to them for their special days.

  • All information in the Database is kept confidential - NO information or addresses will be shared, sold, or used in anyway except for YOUR benefit!
  • You can eMail images to be printed onto the cards.
  • You can specify a handwritten or a printed message (We have many fonts to choose from)
  • You can send a scanned image of your own handwriting for printing onto a card (For example:  Sign the card "love, Mom" and have it printed onto birthday cards)

This service is especially good for holidays!  No one actually enjoys making sure their Christmas cards all get out!  Why not have someone experienced at getting it done efficiently while retaining a personal touch? 

Invitation Mailing:

Wedding and party invitations are a chore - there's  no way around that, really... so we offer to take care of that for you.  We assemble them according to Miss Manners' etiquette, and use a font and color of your choice to address both the inside and outside envelopes.  We do NOT use labels!  The addresses are printed directly onto the envelopes!

Coming Soon:  Calligraphy by Hand  Add that special touch!  Though Miss Manners has caught up with the digital age and says that printing addresses onto the envelope is fine, she still thinks that hand-addressed envelopes are best.  Make yours really stand out with an old fashioned, formal style!

We also offer RSVP service and tracking - you can go to your page and see who's coming, who isn't, and who hasn't replied yet.
